ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends 
and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your 
tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly 
longer. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- United Kingdom & Europe: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Occasional 
delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier disruptions outside 
of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address 
and the items in your order.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. 
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after 
your dispatch confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking update after 5 business days, please

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or 
taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of 
the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please

carrier on your behalf.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, Ceralian 
is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs.
