RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every Ceralian product. If something isn't right,
we're here to make it easy.

30-DAY FREE RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return,
completely free of charge. No questions asked.

To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition — unworn, unused and with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at hello.ceralian@outlook.com. Once your return is
accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple
instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first —
unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

*Important: please provide us with the tracking number of your return
parcel. We cannot process returns without it.

1-YEAR WARRANTY

All Ceralian products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing
defects and faults in materials under normal use.

If your item becomes defective within one year of purchase, contact us at
hello.ceralian@gmail.com with proof of purchase and we will arrange a repair,
replacement, or refund.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse,
accidents, or normal wear and tear.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective,
damaged, or if you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately at
hello.ceralian@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue for you right away.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Personal care or hygiene goods

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, don't hesitate to reach out
before starting a return.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to get the right product is to return your original item
and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel
or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
The same condition requirements apply.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original
payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you
